5th CEC race - 9/9 2008 Automotodrom Most (4 hour race)

It was sunny Tuesday morning after rather cold night that signified the perfect weather for
all day and the race.

"Yeh, it´s gonna be dry track - everything cool and easy!" I thought. But how wrong I was!
First practice started at 9,00 a.m. Michal got on the track. He rode couple of fast laps and
gave everybody the feeling that there was no troubles coming on. It was neccessary to do
minor adjustments on the motorbikes: steering damper, pressure in tyres, handle bars etc.

Mirek had to stop in his first lap of the practice because of the lost oil cup. Oil got all around the bike. Mirek luckily noticed this problem immediately and there was no harm caused to the engine.

Ales started his practice third and after few laps crashed. Fortunatelly nothing serious
happened to him. There was only one possitive point on Alese´s crash - that he found Mirek´s lost oil cup.

The qualification was much better. Michal won for team the pole position.

Michal started the race, but the first gear teased him and he ended up almost last after the
start. He needed 4 fast laps to get on the second position. There was only a Suzuki 1000 in
front of him (team Motorace).

Michal earned for the team riders 8 seconds and Mirek, who took a turn, carried on in the
race without any mistake. Mirek proved his excellent condition - if there would not be the
neccesity to refuel the tank, Mirek have been riding on that race since now.

Ales took part in the race despite of the pain in his feet and fight as an lion.

I must admit that this race was a real jungle. Many crashes, Safety car on the track four
times, injuries etc.

Finaly, we defended our first place in Supersport category.
